LEVER GROUP

The large, shiny, spring-loaded lever group is the most prominent feature of the Spiritello. This classic engineering marvel, acclaimed for its thorough pre-infusion and decreasing extraction pressure, has now been refined with the latest modern improvements. This ensures near-perfect extraction, making it natural to brew a flavorful espresso.

PLUG & PLAY

Starting up the Spiritello simply requires you to plug it in and fill the water reservoir. The machine has a built-in 3.5-liter stainless steel water reservoir and a silent rotary pump. The drip tray is easily removed by sliding it forward and lifting it up. All parts needed for direct connection to the water supply and/or drain are of course also included – to give you maximum freedom of choice.

ZAPPO REJECTS

The Zappo steam tube consists of a double-walled stainless steel tube with a PEEK steam nozzle and four 1.2mm holes. These insulated steam tubes are widely appreciated for their “non-burn” properties, but their ability to minimize milk residue is perhaps an even greater advantage.

DISPLAY

The large round display on the front of the Spiritello measures 53 mm (2 inches) and has a push/turn knob on the side. The barista can easily adjust the machine to their preferences. Eco mode and a range of practical functions are easily accessible. A shot timer automatically appears on the display in full view when the lever is pulled down.
